Wonderful hotel, everything is few steps. Personnel are super welcoming and helpful and speak excellent English. You can find activities just about every night time and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s very insignificant. Excellent value for the price!

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff at the reception were there at any hrs. The beds had been comfy and the other guests were usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Pretty pleasant hotel and wonderful area. Undoubtedly advise Hotel Honnoji!

Excellent location, every little thing is nearby. Staff are tremendous friendly and useful and speak great English. You can find activities every night time and it´s a good way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every single day. Only thing was my bed for being a bit noisy but that’s pretty insignificant. Excellent quality for the price!

If you are travelling to Kyoto you have to reserve this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.
